		<description>Wayne I know you have been working on very detailed goals - I&#039;ve done that it the past.  After I wrote this I saw this post: http://www.chrisbrogan.com/your-3-goals-for-2009/ basically outlining in three words  your goal strategy for the year.  I like this idea. Mine are  attitude, systems, friendship.  Do I have specifics on how I&#039;m going to achieve my goals - yes I certainly do - am I going to share them all on a blog - probably not.</description>

    It is fine to have corny personal goals!  I think it is very important to have personal goals as well as professional goals and that we should outline how we will achieve them just like in our profession.   

Having a goal like improving our relationship with our spouse - for example - is great.    Having a goal like I will improve my relationship with my spouse by : having a weekly date night, taking 3 trips together, and spending 10 minutes in a good conversation every morning is much much better IMO.</description>
