Hi, welcome to my blog – I’m Carolyn Gjerde-Tu, a broker associate with Lyon Real Estate.  This isn’t really a local real estate blog.  I have several places where I talk about issues surrounding Davis and the greater Sacramento region.  Instead this is more informal – a place to talk about general real estate issues, things that interest me and where I can hang out with and talk about some of my friends.

Currently my interests fall into several broad categories – general real estate issues – especially concerning  fair access to MLS data and all issues concerning real estate agents’ ability to market themselves on the internet.

Beyond real estate I am interested in web design, web useability, lead capture, search engine optimization and marketing, technology, social networking and building communities.

I hope this blog might appeal to more than just real estate agents, but to people interested in creating their business online.
