		<description>Well said, Carolyn.  This type of policy really shrinks the playing field and diminishes the consumer experience all around.  From a buyer/seller perspective, the competitive internet space is a wonderful thing and should be fostered, not restricted.  Seems to me the strategy should be a better education (starting at the top, apparently) of common SEO principles rather than enforcing an antiquated policy that is bad for agents and consumers.</description>
