The strength of social marketing for sellers is simply marketing, putting it out there. Let's hope agents don't abuse this and cause rules that ban or make it harder to promote our business. It will be interesting to see what comes of it. My thoughts have been that the more advertising you get for your real estate listing, the better chance they have of selling which will always make the home owner/sellers happy.
