My friend, Brian Kinkade, finally launched his redesigned The Home Cart website for Denver Real Estate today. I met Brian at REW’s SEO conference back in September where he talked about working on this site. He was hoping to get it live shortly after the conference and later he was hoping it would go live before the end of December. Sometimes a little patience pays off – it is a well flushed out site with a lot of information on Denver neighborhoods, market conditions, schools – all the relevant things real estate websites should focus on.
My new website is still far from being complete – but looking at this site gives me some inspiration to just get it done. I know Brian feels like there is still work left to be done, but it is a very nice site right now. The Home Cart will be a strong addition to the current real estate websites in Denver.

Carolyn: Well done as always…as a fellow “LEC 1″er who started at the same time as Brian, I’d like to commend him on all the work he’s put in, and yes…his patience! The amount of relevant on-site content is pretty astounding. Well done, Brian, and looking forward to seeing your LEC 2, Carolyn!
