This blog is new and I doubt the topics and things I’ve written about so far will ultimately be the main focus. A wordle is a visual representation of words and gives greater prominance to words used more often – a lot of people are using tag clouds on the sidebars of their blogs in a similar way. I will post different wordles from time to time and it will be interesting to see how this blog evolves.

I am sure you will find your voice but until then keep experimenting with what you would like to write about. Be sure to write some about real estate in your area or your experiences involving real estate in your area. I am assuming you are a real estate agent of course.
Jim, I’m only likely to write about local real estate here in odd ways. I have other blogs where I talk about local issues like market statistics, events, etc. Right now I think I’m a little more focused on web design because I’m working on a second website. It is fun to have a place just to write about things I think are interesting – will that work from an SEO standpoint? I don’t know. This is a blog – if it really doesn’t work I change the focus and write enough posts until it does.
You’ve got an excellent looking blog here. I like your use of photos. I’ve thought of creating a blog myself. Is it hard to do? Do you ever worry about it getting hacked? These would be my main concerns…I see you’ve used REW. I used them a while back to help with marketing another site I have. I think they do a pretty good job overall. Their sites look nice and have good SEO attributes.
Hi Thomas, I had a friend help me set up this blog because I didn’t know anything about WordPress. A blog self-hosted on WordPress is definitely the way to go. WordPress does seem a little vunerable to hacking but there are things you can do to keep an eye and fix the problem if it happens – even big sites like trulia have recently had problems with hacking – don’t know if you saw Eric Bramlett’s recent post on this http://www.ericbramlett.com/blog/did-trulia-get-hacked/
